Teresa Bullock

For as long as Teresa can remember, she wanted to help animals.  ALL Animals.  Especially Monkeys.  Through the years, she has rescued and cared for many animals.  Some (most) she ended up keeping as part of her "Misfitland" family and some she found forever homes for.  
Whatever the situation - you can bet ANY animal that met Teresa knew what true unconditional love was all about.  AND to some of these animals it was the first time they ever felt a kind touch, heard a soft voice or had a hot meal.  

When Angel came into Teresa's life everything changed.  She recognized her true calling - to care for monkeys.  To turn Misfitland into a sanctuary for primates.  To fight to stop the testing and abuse of these wonderful animals.  To educate people about primates.  To make people understand that yes they (monkeys) are cute.... but they are NOT an easy pet and they certainly are not for everyone!  

Teresa dreams of turning Misfitland into a full working Primate Sanctuary.  A safe place for all primates -  AND eventually a place anyone can come visit!  Teresa has a lot of work ahead of her - but she will do it!  Misfitland is now non-profit.   Angel is a certified working animal.  

REMEMBER - this site is under construction - we hope to post a list of "to do's" so you can follow along with all that needs to be done - and what we are getting done!  The to do list is rather lengthy, but she will do it!  MAYBE you can even help!  Donations are needed - and much much more!  Stay tuned!
