WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
Misfitland occupies some 300+ acres of beautiful scenic land in Moscow, Ohio. Misfitland is approximately 23 miles to Cincinnati Municipal Lunken Airport and 36 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
HOW MANY ANIMALS LIVE AT MISFITLAND?
Here at the sanctuary, we have over 19 rescue animals that call Misfitland home! We have a variety of different animals such as domestic, farm, wildlife, and exotic. Currently, our primary focus is primate rescue and adopting those in need. We realize there are countless animals in need; however, due to funding and space our main objective is primate rescue.
HOW ARE WE FUNDED?
Misfitland is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on the support of it's loyal community through generous donations.
IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Yes! Misfitland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and our tax ID number is available upon request.
IS MISFITLAND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
We are currently doing tours by appointment only. Please call or email us at [email protected] to schedule your tour.
ARE ANY OF THE ANIMALS UP FOR ADOPTION?
No! All the animals that have made their way to Misfitland have found a forever home! We want this to be an establishment where humans who had to give their primate up for adoption can always come back and visit. For those primates coming from less fortunate circumstances, this will be a place to feel safe and grow old.
