#Spanky seems to be doing fine today He is eating great and has a spunky attitude like normal. Keeping a close eye on him and talking chatting with the vet. Gotta make sure the #SpankMan is ok!! I don't know his true age but I have had him 9 years and he was a few years old when I rescued him.. He is #LouieRay's traveling buddy!! They ride together in the car seat.. It's really cute.. He don't care for the other monks much just Louie!! He has a TON of personality!! He is a important part of our troop.. #ILoveHim

#Spanky just scared me BAD!! He was on the floor on his side with all four legs straight out. His eyes were fixed and he was stiff.. I went to my knees and started pettin him telling him he was ok!! He quickly came out of it and was back to normal but I honestly believe it was a small seizure even though it wasn't exactly like the ones #Eli has.. Gonna keep a close eye on him for any signs of anything else out of the normal.. He is getting super old but is still full of life.. I sure LOVE the Lil guy.. He is something special!!

I was enjoying the day filming my favorite peeps the monkeys, cats, dogs, things like that.. It's a nice day here in Moscow Ohio and Gunner Boeh the monkey is having a blast with the window open and freedom to the outside is there.. He has to check out the roof at some point.. That's what monkeys do!! The highest spot is their protection. . After that I feed the cats filling up their automatic feeder but they demanded MORE!! They wanted some can food so they got that as well.. Then the same lady, Lisa Newby, that sent the can cat food sent the dogs their monthly treat box!! OH BOY WAS THEY HAPPY TO SEE THAT BOX!! She has then spoiled!! They gets SO EXCITED when I say LETS OPEN YOUR MAIL!! I did save a few of the smaller ones for Spanky and Whity.. Eli is 16 years old and did get more that the others BUT they often get the best scraps and such from the monkey barn because Eli just can't get around anymore so it was fair.. After their snack and some special Lovins Sara is DONE!! She literally falls over on the ground and instantly goes to sleep!! Listen to her snore!! She is loud.. She also SMILES!! Yep it's true she has the sweetest smile around. Just look at it!! It's contagious!! I call her my Smiling Sara.. She makes life a happier place.. They own me.. Life is too short to fit in!!

The weather is starting to break and that means we are about ready to start some SERIOUS MONKEY BUSINESS!! This year is going to be HUGE at Misfitland!! We will be pouring concrete, insulating, building walls and turning the garage into an actual monkey Barn that functions properly!! We also have to figure out a way to make a fence for the Capuchins.. They CAN be without a roof so there are more options with them.. I hauled off some old trees that was in the way yesterday but it will need a bulldozer to blast us a path before we put fence up.. We also have to figure out what trees we are going to enclose with them and such.. My Dad is the dozer man so he will make a lot of those decisions.. STAY TUNED PEOPLE!! THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET FUN!!

My #Eli made it all the way over to Dad's to help me feed the cows.. This year he is 16 and depending on medication to keep him going . He struggles a LOT with getting up and down and of course his seizures are VERY SCARY each time they happen BUT WITH HIS MEDS HE IS STILL GETTING AROUND and even taken up for Sara when the cow came after her.. THAT SCARED ME because he can't move away from the cows like he used to.. I sure LOVE this old man and how dedicated he is to me... as much as it hurts him to get up and down he makes every move I make.. THAT'S LOVE AND LOYALTY

I got most the stuff up and reached down to get the stuffed animal partially showing from underneath the chair.. IT SCREAMED AND MOVED!! So did I!! Turns out it was #Spanky's little bottom I saw not a stuffed animal.. Not sure who it scared worse 🤣😂🤣 #TheStruggleIsReal

Rosnah you wouldn't believe how much better Eli seems to be with the tumeric 🙊 he was just bouncing around given Sara a hard time out in the yard like a puppy 🤭 I LOVED WATCHING IT ❤️ haven't seen him bounce like that in a WHILE 🥰

I can not thank you all enough for your help today. I am soooo happy to report that his family finally has him back in their arms and they are loving on him right now.

Please share this post and help to bring Zeus home! He is a 3 year old, blue Pittie who is roughly 30 pounds (no collar as he likes to chew it off).
He lives in Bicentennial Village in Dover, DE (across from the Redners).
He has been missing since today @ 1:30AM. He broke out of his fenced in yard this morning with his brother, Tyson, who was sadly stuck & killed by a car on Kenton Rd, Dover, DE.
There is no telling where he could have wandered off to. Any help would be very much so appreciated!
His family is already hurting with the loss of Tyson and trying their best to find Zeus.
We are praying he can come home safely!!! This family needs a win, guys. Please share this post, search the area if you can, pray, hope, anything is better than nothing at all.

19 hrs · Pulled over on the side of the road with my heart racing!!! #Spanky got choked on his cheeseburger and started acting crazy!!! When I got all the way pulled over I was able to figure out he had bread stuck to the roof of his mouth going down the back of his throat 😲😳 now he is acting like nothing happened and I need nerve medication 🥴😬🥺THANK GOD THATS OVER🙃

Yesterday at 2:45 AM · To think over a week ago I was petrified of losing my Penelope! Her eyes were covered like cataracts, I thought she went totally blind, she was so stressed she couldn’t breathe and she sounded exactly like my Keo did when he passed away in my arms 😭. It was the longest 9.5 hour drive from Ohio straight to our emergency vet! Thank you VCA for seeing us close to midnight! More importantly thank you Dr. Alyssa Sharkey for Monday’s visit!!! Nellie looks AMAZING! She sees perfectly fine, her eyes are completely clear and she’s back to her happy self! We are blessed to have you in the family! THANK YOU! Sorry it took so long to thank you! We have been non-stop since getting home!

August 24 at 10:28 PM · Penelope has inflammation of her airways from vomiting and being stressed. She’s getting a shot of steroid, antibiotics so it doesn’t turn to pneumonia, and Benadryl for a few days.
Oh... and no outside activities or walks! 😂😂😂
