I NEVER know what I am going to pull up and see at my place!!! Grace is 24 years old and was hatched by my parents birds.. She has NO CLUE that she is a bird!! She does identify as a monkey, dog, cat, or even the chickens but she’s clueless about being a REAL BIRD!!! She flies like a rock!! No kidding!! That’s how she got the name Grace!! I had a bird stand in the living room when I first got her.. You could be watching tv or something and BOOM she would fall to the floor!! Seriously!! It was like suddenly someone had shot the bird!!! Strangest thing EVER!!! She actually got air under her wings a couple times and I had no go across the field to get her.. I think it flipped her out the last time because she hasn’t done it since and that’s been YEARS ago now… She LOVEZ to climb up on the roof and run back and forth.. She likes to run around in the yard and climb up the monkey pens BUT SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO FLY!!!! Honestly it’s a stress relief thing for me!!! I don’t have to worry about her flying away but I am always wondering WHAT she is up to now 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Welcome to my crazy life.. Here you will see a Mighty Diaper-less Maurice strutting his stuff (proud he took his diaper off) while playing with his bird Grace.. Grace is a 25 year old blue and gold mccaw well known for her loud mouth and annoying demands.. She has been raised with monkeys and I kinda think she is confused about what species she really is.. She doesn’t know if she’s a monkey, cat, dog, or human but she never considers herself a bird.. Yeah at first glance it could appear that this playtime is dangerous but then after studying the interaction you will be able to come to the conclusion that it is just all fun and games for these critters as they enjoy each others company.. I feel so blessed knowing what is happening right here in my own living room is more entertaining than ANYTHING going off the farm.. I LOVE BEING A PET HUMAN!!!! Greatest job EVER!!! They own me.. Life is too short to fit in!!

SO I was out working last night trying to make the porch more #CapuchinFriendly.. I walked out to take some things over to the barn and spotted the #AmazingGrace perched right in the middle of the 3 chickens like she was planning to sleep with them.. I came running back inside to gather my phone they photos of the #GoofyGrace but she had started getting back down before I made it back outside.. I swear this poor bird is #SoConfused!!! She yelps like a monkey, barks like a dog, talks like a human, chases the pig, AND SLEEPS WITH CHICKENS!!! #SheOwnsMe #LifeIsTooShortToFitIn #TheGoodStuff

Amazing Grace The Spoiled
#ThisGirl is so spoiled she made me give her a ride to her food dish.. I love this LOUD mouth!! #Grace is one special bird with a defective leg.. That's how she got her name.. She would be standing on her bird stand and just fall off and hit the ground.. NOTHING Graceful about her honestly she fits in perfectly with the rest of us misfits

#RalphieD was trying to intimidate #Grace but the table quickly turned when she came back at him!! The intimidator became the intimidated!! Then they both thought they would take it up with my head in between them!! That's when I had to say ENOUGH!! Ralph might wanna play with that beak but I would rather not!!

#Grace was so happy to get her mail.. The salad topper bag was by far her FAVORITE this round.. She MUNCHED OUT on it yelling for more each time her bowl emptied.. she ate almost a whole bag while I swept out the monkey room😂🤣 THANK YOU AVA and Lisa Newby 😘😘 the kitties was EXCITED DELUXE but something happened to my camera 😫😒

Lisa I tried to get a video of #Grace opening her mail but #Bug and #Eli wouldn't leave her alone long enough to do it🙄 first Bugs was trying to bully her treats away from her 🙃 THEN Eli had the nerve to walk into her cage 😅 she is a warden when it comes to who is allowed in her cage 🤣 she WILL enjoy the treats and the kitties REALLY enjoyed their snack but I accidentally hit off vs pause so you didn't get to see that ☹️ SORRY 💔 THANK YOU 😘 You make mail call SO FUN

Surprise boxes aren't just for the monkeys when Lisa Newby is in charge 😍 Look at the box of goodies she sent for Grace and the kitties 🤗 I will be honest I left 90% of this box in Grace's cage with her 🙄 I could see her using/playing with it most 😎 THANK YOU LISA 😊 She is SUPER EXCITED about it and so was the kitties as I dumped out some of the treats 😋😋 VERY SPECIAL 😍

Tera Woodruff once again #MyHero 😎😁 THANK YOU FOR HELPIN ME GET #GRACE 😍😍 I thought I lost my bird and IF she had flown I could easily have 😫😪 Tera came to the rescue with a pool ladder and broom gently talking her into walking my way onto the roof 😏😉 THEN we made it all the way across the roof to my ladder where she suddenly flew DOWN to the ground SCARED ME TO DEATH if she would have gotten flight it could have been BAD😥 Then she made a run for the fence where I was able to grab her and bring her in 😍😍 PLEASE ATTEND THE MISFITLAND HOMECOMING THIS YEAR FRIENDS!!!! I NEED FENCING THAT CAN CHANGE THEIR LIFE and you will have a blast with all the animals there 😊😁 July 13th see you there
