Misfitland Monkey Rescue is feeling blessed.
August 7th
WHAT FUN THE 6th ANNUAL #MISFITLANDHOMECOMING WAS!! I want to give a SUPER LOUD SHOUT OUT to #GAYLAHAWKS!! She stopped by to visit #GunnerBoeh one day and ended up with a MAJOR JOB she didn't get paid for or have to do in any way BUT SHE DID!!! With very little input from me she put the entire gig together and made it happen!! She found an amazing comedian who made us laugh and gathered many prizes to give away.. She had also found a band and a food griller so we could have food but both parties cancelled the day of the event.. I admit the weather was AWFUL that morning and it looked hopeless.. She even found a few #GoodHearted ladies to volunteer and help with the silent auction and tickets.. I THANK GOD FOR EACH AND EVERYONE THAT SHOWED UP AND WORKED SO HARD UNDER THE TENSE SITUATION JUST BECAUSE THEY LOVE MONKEYS!! The visitors REALLY enjoyed all the different animals and I got to admit I fell in LOVE with Mr. Mosses, he is the donkey, each time he would hehaw.. Gosh he was special.. Hope you enjoyed the day as much as I did and I really hope to see you SOON!! 513-888-8777

#RonnieBullock with #AnnieMetcalf at #Misfitland.. Ronnie is a natural with the #MonkKidz.. He is very gentle and forgiving with them.. They have a natural LOVE for him that makes him "SHINE".. One day when I am gone he will run this #MonkeyRescue.. Everything in-between now and then is training for him

Been doing a lot of moving things around, filling holes, cutting grass and limbs, reworking cages to keep it fun for the #MonkKidz and trying to get ready for Saturday.. I HOPE TO SEE YOU HERE at the #Misfitland 6th annual Homecoming!! Y'ALL COME
