HOW DO I SLEEP/REST LIKE THIS????? HOWWWWW DO YOU NOT??? When my Angel Bullock left me I didn’t think I would ever be able to sleep again!! My absolute FAVORITE sound in the entire world is listening to my #MonkKidz heartbeat with their warm and full of life fuzzy bodies wrapped as close to me as they can get!!! OMGOSH I SWEAR IT IS THE CLOSEST THING THAT THERE HONESTLY IS TO HEAVEN ON EARTH!!! I didn’t realize how many cuddle photos I had with them and it forced me to stop adding not to far down my camera roll… What can I say??? When we are cuddling they are holding still.. THATS A BIG DEAL WHEN TRYING TO CATCH A PHOTO!! Anyway my point is #GodAnswersPrayers WAYYYYYY BIGGER AND BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE EVER HOPED OR DREAMED OF!!!! They will NEVER be my #AngelLouise but they are the #RalphieD, #PennyRose #AbbyLouise and the #GunnerBoeh and #ILoveThem WAYYYYYYYYYYYYTYYY more than I could ever put in to words in a Facebook post!!! #ThankYouGod for choosing me to be their #PetHuman

#RalphieD and I have packed baggies of #AbbyLouise and #GunnerBoeh poop and we are on the way to see Dr Eisenburg with it!! I am truly disappointed that my little pooping #PennyRose wouldn’t give me a fresh turd to bring with me!! Never even considered that being a issue!! Seriously I wish i could be so regular geezzzzz!!! I want to get a report done for #ReeseBullock as well but he doesn’t wear a diaper so I need to watch him and get afresh one when I see it hit the ground.. The others are not sick but I have learned that they don’t have to show sickness and by the time they do it’s gotten bad so I don’t want them to feel horrible if I can possibly prevent it!!! I have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH to tell y’all and to explain what I have been taught recently!!! IT VERY WELL COULD HELP YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE AD WELL!!! Say a prayer for the WEEEEE WIDDLE WRALPHIE D THAT WE HEAR NOTHING BUT GOOD NEWS ABOUT HIS COLON AND OVERALL HEALTH

#TheseFaces Make My #HeartBeat!! I can not wait to hear #ReeseBullock #SCREAM at the top of his little lungs when I see him!! I have become custom to a EXTREMELY EXCITED SCREAM each day and often several times a day when he sees me.. It is a #HeartWarming sound that is #PRICELESS in my world… I recognize the scream because #PennyRose does it when she gets excited and happy!!! #ILoveIt!! Actually I just ADORE listening to each one of them and the stories they have to tell me in their own tones.. They amaze me!! Each and every day I fall deeper in LOVE with these God sent creatures and I feel so #Blessed that he chose me/us to tend to them.. Not sure WHO is about to scream loudest me or them but gosh I can’t wait for those #MonkeyHuggs!!!

#PennyRose the #POed #IAm!! Actually we ALL are!! The other day they showed up with what they call the #BitsyDog!! This dang dog is stealing ALLLLLLL the attention and we #MonkKidz thinks it’s #BULLCRAP!!! #GunnerBoeh has went to #MonkeyJail and is now #ServingTime in the big house for repeat offenses of throwing toys, shoes, and remote controls at her!! It’s no secret that Gun is NOT a #DogLover by any means but he is taking it to an extreme with poor little #Bitsy.. I mean seriously the dog has to be able to walk in and out of the door without going through a war zone!! Yesterday afternoon Bitsy had #MyHuman crying and EXTREMELY upset!! IT WASNT HAPPY TEARS EITHER!! Ronald Bullock had put the #IttyBittyDog outside before going to school as he is supposed to do.. HOWEVER Bitsy wasn’t ready to come back inside before he left for school so he left her in the fenced yard without worry.. Later after #TheHuman took me to the barn she saw that the gate door was stuck open where a rock had rolled up between it.. STILL NOT THINKING ANYTHING BECAUSE #SaraDog is EXTREMELY SMART and often opens that door scraping the bottom to let herself in and out so she just closed it and took me on to the barn… On her way back she saw that RonnieBullock hadn’t set up the dog house that she had cleaned out for Bitsy to be put near his window to make her feel safe and comfortable when she is out there.. See Bitsy was a puppy mill breeding dog and is used to a VERY SMALL surroundings.. The LARGE open area can be quite overwhelming for something that has been so protected it’s entire life so she wants her to have a #SafePlace to feel less EXPOSED until she gets comfortable with her #NewNormal.. Well when she went around to where his window is where the #BittyDog stays to be let in SHE WAS GONE!! She went from talking to her to yelling for her in a panic after thinking about that gate that was stuck on the rock!!! See #TheBittyDog don’t recognize this place as #Home just yet SO THIS WAS BADDDDD!!! She ran from here to there looking and yelling but she didn’t see any type of movement nor anything across the BIGGGG field that appeared to be an #MIADog.. Getting more and more upset she jumped in the #4Runner and takes off out the driveway searching like a #HawkHunting it’s prey!! She made it all the way off our dead end road with #NoSign of her little buttocks in sight!!! The Humommy was REALLY upset now!! She turned and went way down to the church then turned around and went way up past Tera Woodruff house with STILL NO SIGN OF HER!! She knew that IF she had made it to the road someone must’ve picked her up because #ThankGod her body wasn’t there and she hadn’t been gone long enough to make it any further.. She had been in the barn before this entire #PanicAttack started leaving her phone in the house.. She of course kept looking the entire way home before running inside to her phone where she wanted to call the animal shelter and provide information to them then she planned to start posting on Facebook pages about her in hopes of getting her back before she is traumatized by the mess!! After she got to her phone she had something inside her tell her to call her Mom Peggy Bullock and ask if she had seen her at all.. #RonnieBullock rides her over there on his bicycle to play cards with OUR Mammy and Paps.. I guess the whole time they are there the brown nosy dog lays at his feet till he is ready to come home.. #ButtKisser if you ask me but #WHATEVER!! Anyhoooooo Mammy answered the phone and actually giggled a bit saying YEAH SHES HERE!! I AM DRYING HER OFF BECAUSE SHE GOT INTO THE MUDD AND I GAVE HER A BATH!! SHE DIDNT REALLY LIKE IT BUT IT HAD TO BE DONE!! My GRANDhumans and our troop live on the same farm and we often share dogs because we are all fenced off together… Our dogs OFTEN go to the field with GRANDpaps Ronald Bullock for the entire day before heading home for dinner BUT THE HUMAN KNEW THEY KNEW WHERE HOME IS!!! This was different!! Heck even when Bitsy went there she road not walked so HOW did she know how to get to #MammyAndPaps??? All I know is I believe #ThatHuman had enough stuff that she SHOULD be doing for US #MonkChildren that she had #NoBusiness bringing some fuzzy little fart sniffing, butt licking, attention stealing, runaway dog in here stealing my thunder!! BUTTTTTTTT that’s just my little #PennyTude #Opinion

#GunnerBoeh #PopRocks reporter #IAm!! #LisaNewby, you remember her DONT ya?? She and her precious marmoset Ava sends the kitties a box of wet can food each month!! You know #TheGoodStuff our human never gets, AND she send this SUPER DUPER YUMMY dog treats for the dogs.. Too bad for the dogs she doesn’t know how much #ILoveThem but that’s another story for another time.. hehe.. ANYHOO Lisa sent us a #Christmass2022 box in the mail and OOOOOOOO BOY WE ARE ENJOYING IT!! Ok OKAY I do know that the candy was intended for #TheHumans but my #RonnieBullock could never keep something SO FUN away from us #MonkKidz!! I mean after all we ate all our veggies, nut mix, monkey chow and I personally have had about 500 crickets minus the few that escaped and the others has some too so I think we deserved a tasty surprise that pops in your mouth!! #RalphieD was the first one to shove some in his mouth.. #TheHuman didn’t even have her camera recording when he got that silly look on his face and ran away with a open mouth.. She got mad at herself about that one.. She did record both #PennyRose and I eating it but we were adults about it and didn’t flip a wig like that widdle wRalphie D done!! Imma telling ya he thought something come to life in his mouth or something.. He can be such a scaredy-monk.. I am kinda POed about the entire situation!! I wanted more but NOOOOOOO Ronnie just sat there and made his mouth pop till they were gone!! #WhatACrock!! I would be more upset EXCEPT she made #MyHuman SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY with the shirt she sent her I can’t hold a grudge!! Let’s face it!! When the Human is happy our lives are MUCH more pleasant.. hehe

A while back I got a can that has a spring in it that pops out when you open it.. The monkeys are TOTALLY INFATUATED with it.. They are aware of what is inside and even know for a fact (because I have shown them) that it isn't real yet they are ALWAYS wanting to check it again and AGAIN just to be sure it hasn't changed.. Each time they act like it's the first time they ever seen it pop out.. THIS NEVER GETS OLD WITH THEM.. They have lost the original lid so I am shoving a lid from another can down inside it and that makes it harder for them to get it open but they don't seem to mind the extra trouble.. I guess it kinda made it "DIFFERENT" and they do enjoy different.. They keep me laughing..They own me.. Life is too short to fit in!! #AbbyLouise the HAPPY #IAm!!! OMGOSH I have been waiting for my delivery of Mott's #Applesauce Colleen Lerma had promised she was sending me from the #Wishlist.. ( click this link to view wishlist https://a.co/0UsLH6n ) You couldn't understand my excitement when #TheHuman told me she thought it was here and she sat down the big brown box in front of me!! #ILoveThisStuff!! It feels like it's been forever since I was told it was coming.. She got the box open and confirmed it was from Colleen and for ME!! WHO SAVED WHO?? I, Teresa Bullock, am a small town farm girl who has never had any desire to leave the farm.. I now live 4 miles from the farm where I had my first birthday.. I have dedicated the rest of my life to creating an educational place for people to learn the TRUTH about domesticated monkeys.. The good, bad, and the ugly!! I want the monkeys story's that live here to be heard and to be understood as to WHY they are now here!! Knowledge is POWER and it is my prayer that with the hands on knowledge offered here will be EXTREMELY important in a person making the proper choice of getting a monkey.. If they still make the choice to get one or already has one I want to be a place they can come to for help designing proper enrichment caging indoor and out.. I offer them cheap crickets, meal worms, butter worms, etc expressing how important their "MAIN DIET" is.. My desire is to HELP THE MONKEYS present and future!! I am dedicated to finding a way for this nonprofit organization I have founded for these babies to run for indefinitely after I am gone.. Just like there will ALWAYS be a need for a dog pound there will always be a need for a monkey rescue.. I do realize IF I choose to "REHOME" these monkeys there would be MAJOR MONEY in my efforts and the financial problems would all be solved.. I JUST CAN'T DO THAT.. TO ME THAT'S NOT RESCUING.. THAT'S BUSINESS!! I couldn't imagine being shoved from home to home over and over.. So scared and lonely.. Loosing everything you ever came to love without warning.. Never knowing if things are about to get better or worse.. Some of these monkeys will quit eating and let themselves die from depression when they loose their Humans.. I CAN'T TAKE THE THOUGHT OF THIS so everyone here is FIXED and just living their best life for the rest of their life.. #BugsBullock and #RalphieD has a upcoming doctor appointment with Dr. Julia on Tuesday.. This vet office is extremely expensive but they have the equipment needed to see what is going on inside of #Bugs.. I know he passed 9 kidney stones but he still acts like something is hurting him.. He just got done with another round of antibiotics and I know the blood is gone from the pee but I feel like something else is wrong.. I will feel better after getting to SEE what he has inside of him.. I just want to KNOW if there are any more stones in the kidney OR if his gallbladder has any.. It stinks when they can't tell you what hurts.. Ralphie D is going to get another blood panel done on him.. Just to be sure he is still ok with his numbers.. I love how tiny he is but just want to make sure he is still okay dispite his tiny size.. #Facebook has taken ALLLLLLLLLLL donations away from us because of a old post where we drove through the Christmas lights and didn't own rights to the music YEARS AGO!! They had sent me a note saying that they muted the video and I didn't realize I was supposed to agree with them.. I didn't even think it was a option!! The note said it was muted all over the world and I just accepted it.. Apparently I was supposed to click something else and since I didn't they are punishing the #MonkKidz!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE and has taken forever to even figure out WHAT was happening.. PRAY FOR #MISFITLAND!!! THIS HAS CAUSED A MAJOR HARDSHIP FOR US!!

Does this ever happen at your home?? Truth is this is THEIR home.. I am just the caregiver that tends to them.. I am very happy with how small #RaymondArnold has stayed.. He is a lot of fun.. He is supposed to be a grass mower but he is making a pretty good sweeper as well.. LOL.. #AbbyLouise is doing much better about accepting him.. Well she was humoring #RonnirBullock by leaving him alone right now anyway

#PennyRose girl on the go #IAm!! I helped #TheHuman hang a few things in the play yard yesterday.. We worked hard cleaning the pools.. We had to scrub the sides and dump it out.. That's my FAVORITE part of pool cleaning because when we dump it there is ALWAYS plain dirt under it that creates a PERFECT Mudd puddle for me to play in.. I REALLY enjoy my pool water but OMGOSH there is NOTHING better than pure MUDD!! We hung up a walk way that a VERY GENEROUS ANONYMOUS FRIEND sent from the #wishlist https://a.co/0UsLH6n .. It turned out to be kinda wobbly SO we hung it upside down from the ceiling so us #MonkKidz can sit and climb on it without knocking it over.. We hung a small trampoline with bungee straps!! I can't wait to be jumping on it!! The bounce is going to be phenomenal.. #AliceRae kept stealing the zip ties outta #OurHuman's pocket.. She got in trouble a LOT but 3 times was for peeing on the Human.. I learned a LONG time ago about not be peeing when the diaper is off and we are on her.. TALK ABOUT HITTING A NERVE!! GEEZZZZ!! Anyhooo Alice Rae will figure that out quick enough.. There is much more to be done in our pens outside but she needed to spray out the inside pens so we had to quit for the day.. After scrubbing she and Alice Rae laid down on the #BigComfyCouch and had a LOT of trouble getting back up to get ready for bed.. Today #RonnieBullock is going to help her work on the electric fence around the new fence.. There are a LOT of projects started here that needs sealed up.. #RalphieD the LOVED #IAm!! They just can't get enough when it comes to hugging and kissing on ME!! I am no longer the youngest #MonkKid at #Misfitland BUT it is clear that I am going to remain the smallest!! That little tornado #AliceRae is already almost as big as I am!! She chases me all over forcing me to run to #MyHuman just to get a break.. I mean sometimes I enjoy the playing and chasing around but when I am ready to stop she usually isn't.. That's when I dart to #TheHuman for help to control #TheHeathen I I I mean #MySisterFromAnotherMister.. I actually have 2 humans watching my back now!! #RonnieBullockAndI have gotten rather tight since he moved in!! He thinks I am #ADORABLE because I am so tiny and l have such a GREAT attitude!! Unlike that OLDER sister of mine named #PennyRose!! She is ALWAYS in trouble for SOMETHING!! She gets in SOOOOOOOOO much trouble for arguing with #GunnerBoeh and #AbbyLouise you wouldn't even believe it!! #Abby kinda started it with #Penny and now #Gunner starts it with her as well BUT once it's started Penny Rose ISN'T going to back down!! This makes it hard to socialize everyone together.. Since Penny Rose seems to be the common denominator of the 3 fighting she has to wait till 110% of the Humans attention can be on her in order to be out with everyone in the living room.. As long as no one is arguing we get loads of free time to explore and enjoy the inside but OMGOSH there is a #ZEROTOLERANCE for #MonkeyDrama in the house!! I am trying hard to remember that and it is getting me by with a LOT.. hehe #Winning

#AliceRae #MommysGirl #IAm!! I work SO HARD helping #MyHuman each day!! We have been painting the raw wood and tunnels in the #MonkBarn areas.. We have been working on the fence and about to get it electrified to keep us #MonkKidz safe!! We have been spending money left and right between trying to keep gather materials, paint and supplies, diesel, gas, fresh veggies, formula, fence material and labor has been UNBELIEVABLE, not to mention the loader expenses!! #BugsBullock has had a few bad days and needed more medicine.. He is improving PRAISE GOD and #AliceRae needs fixed!! We DESPERATELY need to raise funds!! We are setting the goal at $7,500. Donations has went down DELUXE yet expenses have doubled it seems.. The Human wishes we could find a small vehicle that wouldn't cost SO MUCH to drive but can't afford to give up the 4X4 because of winter and the need to haul building materials so that's not an option either but living in the country EVERYTHING is about a half hour drive or more.. Last year someone said something to her about how much more healthy quail eggs are than chicken eggs SO she went and bought quail..Now that we are having more daylight they have started to lay their eggs!! OMGOSH WE ALL LOVE THEM BIG TIME!!! Debra Ann Weiss sent them some chicken food the other day!! THEY LOVED IT SOOOOOOOOO MUCH they started laying double the eggs now!!! WOWSERS!! Now we MUST build a Avery so Grace and the quail can have a nice area to enjoy.. Grace lost her corn crib during the tornado of 2012 and has been thrown in the monkey barn every since.. She has done her time and deserves a nice place to hang out and be a bird again.. SO MUCH TO DO and that isn't even speaking about the 6th annual #MisfitlandHomecoming that's coming up the second Saturday in July as always.. I am getting tired just thinking about it!! Good thing I have #NoProblem sleeping across her neck because our days are LONG and our nights seem short!! Right now we are all waiting for a treat!! She needs to put it in a higher gear!! #PennyRose the big sister #IAm!! I LOVE my baby sister from another species VERY MUCH!! I enjoy carrying her around like she is my own.. Most of the time that is exactly what she wants me to do.. She just holds on to me super tight and I climb about with her swinging from my chest.. Sometimes #AliceRae gets aggravated with me and tries to force me to let go of her before I am done playing our game.. She will try to navigate away from me slowly with out me knowing.. I am on to her manipulative moves and stay on top of her pulling her back to me before she gets to far away.. HA!! and she thinks she is #TheSmartOne!! My plan works well until she starts that dang whining of hers!! Then #TheHuman has to come running to her rescue reminding me that YOU GOTTA BE NICE TO THE BABY!! I give her my cute look to let her know I hear her.. NOT SAYING I AGREE WITH HER but acknowledging she spoke.. Then I give her my adorable grunts combined with a quick HUGG and Walla all is forgiven!! That Alice Rae might be the #NewKid and cute BUT I AM HER PENNY ROSE AND TRUMPS EVERYTHING!! #SheLovesMe #MommysGirl

Misfitland Monkey Rescue is at His Hands Extended Sanctuary.

Yesterday was a big day.. We got up early to make the trip to see Doc.. #GunnerBoeh went to have his eye looked at and little #AliceRae went to get chipped and generally be checked out because she hadn't been seen yet.. BOTH WAS A HANDFUL when it came to their examinations!! It was cute how Gunner stayed hid down underneath the bottom of the exam table letting Alice go first and hoping he would be forgotten.. SHE WASN'T GOING TO COOPERATE WHATSOEVER!! Doc said her little scalp isn't grown together yet leaving a soft spot on the top of it.. I forget what the word is he used but he said it should grow together over time without having to do anything to help it.. PRAY THAT HAPPENS QUICKLY!! I hate the thought of it because monkeys are so active.. He was going to micro chip her if I held her but she has to wait 4 to 8 more weeks to be fixed.. I don't like having to poke her at all so I chose to wait till she is sedated to do blood work, spay, and chipped her all at once versus hurting her twice.. I know of MANY MONKEYS that have died with simple procedures under anesthesia.. You NEVER wanna to do it more than you HAVE to so for that reason we didn't do the blood work either.. She appears EXTREMELY HEALTHY!! Eats well, drinks well, weighs 3 pounds and is very vocal and active.. She is spot on for her age of 6 months other than the skull not being completely together #ShesPerfect
Then come time for Gunner to let Doc see his eye.. I thought the bump was better than the day we spotted on the photo I snapped but his Humans and I figured it should be checked anyway especially since I was needing to take Alice up as well.. GUNNER DISAGREED LOUDLY!! His was SCREAMING and running as though he was running for his life trying to get away.. Alice Rae was in her pouch on my chest so I couldn't grab him like I needed to to hold him tight up against me.. This give him more power to kick away from me.. He was bouncing up and down like a grasshopper off my legs.. I kept yellin at him GUNNER STOP!! HE JUST WANTS TO SEE YOUR EYE!! GUNNER DON'T!! LET HIM SEE YOUR EYE!! PLEASE GUNNER!! He would slow down and listen for a second then Doc would move the light towards him and BOOM he was screaming and bouncing again!! After 4 or 5 tries Doc was successfully about to view his eye and he checked out fine.. Alice Rae was EXHAUSTED when we started back home.. Yelling at Doc took all the energy she had!! Gunner Boeh had worked up a major appetite and munched down on a few hundred crickets enjoying the ride knowing he was heading home AWAY from Doc.. We got home late and I had to feed and sweep pens.. I was tired from the driving and such so I didn't get to post.. SORRY.. Thank You for loving them!! They need us all

#AbbyLouise has been treated like a princess since arriving at #Misfitland.. Everyone has been working hard to let her know that we understand that she is leery of us and unsure about tomorrow.. #AbbysStory has been nothing short of unstable since her #HumanDaddy passed away but the truth is her heartache started before that.. She had a capuchin brother for I believe 9 years.. They had a special bond.. As a general rule of thumb Capuchins and Macaques don't enjoy each other's company but that wasn't the case when it came to Abby and #Nikko.. If you look at the past post of Abby looking for her brothers Toby and George you will also see photos of Abby and Nikko grooming.. I feel like Abby feels a special connection to #GunnerBoeh and I can't help but think it's because of Nikko and her relationship with him.. Either way I am SUPER HAPPY they LOVE each other and get along.. It's good for both of them but SUPER DUPER GOOD for little Abby.. I don't know how long it will take her to feel SECURE and know this is her last time getting use to a new place and really let go of her doubts but I will give her all the space she needs to gain that trust with the help of the #MonkKidz that LOVE her too

Abby Louise started grooming me first thing in the morning!! IT WAS AMAZING!! Well it was until Ralphie D stole my thunder and Abby started grooming him.. Yes I was a little disappointed but also very happy for both Ralphie and Abby.. I love the way they are bonding together!! They now have each other and that is a beautiful thing!! Abby Louise was separated from her human family and Macaque brothers over 2 years ago. I bet getting to touch and interact with someone on her level is an amazing feeling for her.. I know watching them makes my heart happy!! They own me . Life is too short to fit in!!

After a horrific start at life kept in a tiny cage surrounded by peg board with one larger hole to shove food through she was saved at age 9 from that life where she lived happily with 2 Macaque brothers for MANY years.. 2 years ago a sad turn of events ended with her and her 2 brothers death being faked and she was separated from the boys she knew, loved, and the last bit of security she had in the entire world was gone..SO SAD FOR HER EMOTIONAL WELL BEING!!: It feels SO GOOD TO WATCH HER BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH RALPHIE D LIKE THIS!! I bet she is experiencing feelings right here that she hasn't been able to feel in YEARS!! I was told she often mothered her Macaque brothers.. She will get to enjoy mothering little Ralphie D and I am sure he will REALLY ENJOY THAT FEELING.. He is EXTREMELY SUBMISSIVE and LOVEABLE and he never seems to grow.. They need each other no doubt.. May God bless their bond over time.. They own me.. Life is too short to fit in!!
