#ThisGuy #GunnerBoeh is such a ham!! He is FULL of energy keeping me on my toes NON-STOP!! He likes to groom me and even trims/bites my fingernails for me..He is LOADS of fun and willing to try about anything.. He LOVEZ hotdogs and barbecue chicken wings along with green beans and corn he likes to drink his water fresh from the faucet and enjoys finding water in the sink.. Bubble wrap fun

Debra Watson was really thinking ahead for #PennyRose and #RalphieD.. They get in SOOOOOOOOOO much trouble stealing my sponge!! I go through them like crazy!! Often they rip the sponge or take the scrubbing side off.. NOW WE ARE HOOKED UP DELUXE!! These are NICE sponges and lotz of them!! THANK YOU DEBRA!! THEY WILL BE PUT TO WORK!!!

Gunner is home for a visit
#GunnerBoeh is home visiting mommy and daddy for the day and he couldn't be happier!! LISTEN TO HAM CHATTER!! He is telling them all about his crazy life on the farm!! He hasn't got to see his mommy in over 2 months due to covid and hasn't got to see Daddy in about two weeks.. I think it shows how much he missed them!! I think they are in for an afternoon of nothing but Gunnar lovins.. THIS made my heart so happy!! I think all three of them needed this day more than anything

I am #GunnerBoeh aka Mr. Ornery!! I get into EVERYTHING!! Well in this case Penny opened it and I am just cleaning up her mess!! #PennyRose got a pack of the Carnation instant breakfast out/all over.. That got her into trouble for the millionth time and taken out to the barn.. That's when I got out of my cage and casually made my way over to the open package she had put up on the microwave.. I didn't rip it it go crazy with it like Penny did.. Instead I carefully poured it out into my little hand and maybe a little down my arm.. Then I licked it off!! I LOVE THIS STUFF!! To bad they don't make instant monkey chow breakfast that taste like this!! We would all be fighting over eating it!!

#GunnerBoeh got to see his Daddy and FaceTime with his Mommy!! He was SO HAPPY!! Daddy brought him his favorite snacks and he munched out!! They talked and hung out.. They played got your belly, Gunners favorite game, and groomed each other until Daddy had to leave because of medicine/feeding tube stuff but he will be back again soon!! Dan was very happy with how well Gunner is accepting the situation and that he seems content.. That made me feel good.. Keep praying for them!! Rumor has it Barb could be home for Christmas if all keeps going well!!

#GunnerBoy the INTELLIGENT I am!! I think about things!! I watch and learn!! I absorb!! I get my knowledge from other's!! I have been here a very short time but I already know most of the ropes!! I know I can open the refrigerator but after being told NO THAT'S NOT MINE a few times I quit.. Now I just sit on top of it like a good boy.. At first she thought she was gonna keep me off of it.. I taught her how to compromise!! I sit on top of it and she lets me as long as I don't open the door on my way up.. It's a WIN/WIN!! I have learned where the bathtub is!! That's important for me because at my real house I shove things up in the spout.. I find it much fun and #MyHuman's always laughed out loud when they turned the water on and stuff flew out the spout.. I have also learned how to turn the faucet on in the kitchen.. It's rather fun!! I can even stand on the seat in the window and yank it up just like #PennyRose does.. I will admit I don't do that often!! Penny gets in a lot of trouble for doing it over and over and over again and again and again all in one night.. So I limit how many times I do it in a day.. So far I haven't gotten in any trouble.. I know I am allowed to get a drink and usually roll with that move!! I have also learned how to turn on the TV in the bedroom.. I can climb right up the dresser.. Then I stand on top of the #Directv box and push that little black button at the bottom of the box .. PRESTO just like that it's on.. Then she comes and turns it off.. SOOOO last time I turned it on I hurried up and turned it off when I saw her getting up.. She even said thank you to me.. She keeps telling me to turn the water off too!! Maybe I will try that some day!!

Happy Thanksgiving!! God Bless You and Your's
#Gunner says butter beans is the absolute BEST part of Thanksgiving!! Listen to him chew!! He enjoyed running the house while I cleaned his cage today.. He is getting cheeky and getting into things a lot more.. He gets into things Louie still don't bother . Probably a age thing.. Louie is much older than Gunner.. Either way today I am THANKFUL that Gunner is adjusting so we'll.. I enjoy his company and I am starting to think he is enjoying mine.. Now all I want for Christmas is for him and #LouieRay to start getting along.. They have so much to offer each other.. They are both SO SMART!! These things take time.. It will work itself out.. I have faith in that.. HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS

Gunner Huggs and Love
#Gunner update.. I am actually getting huggs from him!! He is acting much better/happier.. He is accepting my touch without fear and even acts a little jealous of my time with the others.. This is all good signs of progress.. He is grooming me and coming to me just for a touch.. I was concerned he was gonna be like #LouieRay and think I kidnapped him and see me as the enemy for a while.. I think because his parents went through the effort of bringing him here and even letting him stay short times has helped him to understand that he WILL see them again and that it's OKAY to be here.. This time around he seems to be more understanding of the situation.. THANK GOD!! We have all been worried about how he is going to do long term.. Today's lovins makes me feel MUCH better about it Look at him sucking that big toe!! Isn't he ADORABLE

Early Christmas Surprise
#Gunner helps open our early Christmas presents from Sheila Rose!!It's his first box opening!! He did well and seems to really like the rattle.. I know #LouieRay is gonna enjoy pounding this playdough flat . The way he likes to slam and roll stuff it will be a big hit.. IF I can keep him from eating it.. Even I got something!! Day 2 with #Gunner.. He isn't eating out of his bowl of food like he should but he is eating from my hand AND the other monkeys bowls so I am happy about that..Don't worry I put more blueberries back in the bowls before taken them out to the others.. Having his personal cage here and being inside seem to be the answer.. He does have a bit of a diaper rash but he let me put something on it to help and slept naked last night.. I have been VERY impressed with how he is allowing me to do his diaper/clean his bottom.. He has cooperated 75% of the time given me less trouble than #PennyRose often does.. Like I said he even gave me enough time and closeness to put cream on it today.. He and #LouieRay was out together for a few hours last night.. Gunner is very submissive to Louie so that's promising!! Maybe they could become GOOD friends.. I just worry about Guns big teeth and Louie's bossy attitude but as long as they can work it out without much conflict I am excited for them to have each other...

GOSH THERE IS SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH TO TELL YOU!!! Yesterday was a LONG day.. Picked Gunner up early and took him to see Doc.. He got a wellness check up, up to date on shots, and his nails filed.. I also spoke with Doc about the MAJOR state of depression Gunner went into without his Mom and Dad last time.. It has me worried because he could be here for a lot longer this time and I don't want him withdrawn.. Some capuchins actually die when they are rehomed from the state of mind it puts them into. So Doc gave him something for depression to help with the transition.. His Humom has been in the hospital for over 2 weeks now.. Not only is she VERY sick but she has a broken tailbone and a bad heart.. As you know his Daddy has been under treatment for throat cancer and is very weak... He took care of him as long as he possibly could without Mom but physically cannot handle it anymore. So Gunner is gonna stay with us till they are both better and can handle the shenanigans of a five-year-old monkey.. Gunner has WAYYYYY more energy than #LouieRay making him even harder to keep up with.. If You would like to send Gunner a welcome gift I am sure he would like to open it.. Send it to him at

Trying to make this as easy as possible on Gunner so we brought his big cage from his home and put it in the living room.. That way he isn't scared out on the porch with the sounds and such he isn't use to.. He seems WAY more comfortable in the living room so I pray that's a good sign. So far today he has interacted with me a lot . He really wouldn't do to much with me out in Louie's pen last time.. Maybe it was just to much to fast.. He has been BABIED and I do mean BABIED his whole life!! Barb and Dan are both retired and Gunner is the CENTER of their world!! EVERYTHING EVERYDAY is about him and that's the way he likes it.. I will do my BEST to make sure he gets spoiled just like at home!! His comfort is my #1 goal.. Keep us all in your prayers!!

It's me #GunnerBoeh with some exciting news!! My Daddy is home from the hospital!! When I heard the news I went right to #TheHuman that has been feeding me!! I had to let her touch my belly band which was hard for me to do.. I have a problem with people touching around my private areas!! I was raised right you know!! I did allow it to happen this one time because she was saying all the things I wanted to hear like HOME, MOMMY, DADDY, and GIVE ME A RIDE. I just rolled my eyes as she told me how great I was being for putting a lead on!! Yes Hello I Know This Already!! Where's my people?? After a few kisses she decided not the push her luck with my sweet attitude and got me on the road to HOME!! I am not gonna lie I was VERY GOOD and NERVOUS on the way home.. Yes some of it was I was fearful as to what was about to happen next.. I don't know much about this woman or how far to trust her.. Suddenly MOM opened the door we was knocking on!! She was there and my Daddy was on the couch!! Still feeling BAD but VERY happy to see me!! His face lit up when he looked at me just like Mommy's!! It was a WONDERFUL feeling!! I WAS SO HAPPY INSIDE!! Please continue to pray for my Hudaddy!! He has a LONG road of treatments and healing ahead of him!! I will be there every step of the way to show him love make him smile even on the days he don't feel like it!! It's my job!! I am his lil man!! We are a team.. I MISSED MY PARENTS!! #ILOVETHEM

My name is #GunnerBoeh check out my YouTube channel.. My Hudad had to have a feeding tube put in because he is fighting throat cancer so I am spending a few days at Misfitland so my Humom can stay with him in the hospital.. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM!! I am enjoying my time but missing them terribly.. I have gotten a LOT of snacks to eat.. They REALLY know how to kiss up to someone around here.. I REALLLLLLLLLY wanna go outside but last time I spent the night I was VERY stubborn and wouldn't come back in so this time I am grounded!! IT'S CRAP I SAY!! I have made it VERY clear I want out there but NOOOOOOO my door is SCREWED shut!! I don't even think that's legal!! It's a fire hazard someone call me a lawyer!! Sorry got carried away for a minute.. I won't be here long enough for that drama!! As soon as my Hudad gets home in a few days I am busting outta this joint!! Until then I am just gonna keep eaten up all this yummy stuff I am being bribed with.. I might be mad but I am not stupid 😉

Gunner woke up happy yesterday morning.. He held my hand as he ate a breakfast snack.. Real breakfast, his bottle, came when his Mommy got here to get him.. That way we knew he would come down to go home.. I truly believe he had a good time and I know he wore himself out.. Barb said he was very sleepy all day.. He will be back to play again soon.. We certainly enjoy his company.. He is so much fun and he REALLLLLLY thinks he's getting by with something climbing around in that big cage without a lead on.. I hope it gets to a point where he sees coming here as a TREAT.. Kinda like a dog gets excited going to the dog park.. I want Misfitland to be his Disney world. So far he hasn't tried out all the rides.. He won't get on the ropes or swings!! NOTHING THAT MOVES!! He walked across the ceiling and walls and even started trusting and climbing on the monkey bars but wasn't gonna trust those sketchy moving items for nothing!! He will in time.. It was just a lot to take in all at once.. Gunner is very shy and easily scared so he just needs some time to get to understand that no one here is gonna hurt him.. Mom and Dad are coming back.. and it's OK to come back inside because you can go back out any time you want.. He will have it down in no time 😉😁

Guess who is spending his first night ever away from home?? It's Gunner!! He's trying out the freedom of the outdoor pen.. His humans are having some serious health issues.. Both at the same time.. PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM!! Their names are Dan and Barb.. When Barb has her surgery Gunner will be staying a couple of weeks with us.. That's why they have been bringing him over for short visits here and there.. Today we decided to try him out overnight.. This is to prepare him for when he has to stay for many days.. We want him to know Mom and Dad is coming back.. This keeping his stress at a minimum.. He is eating good and taken his bottles.. He has checked EVERY INCH of the pen for a way out.. Thankfully he didn't find one.. He isn't sure about this situation but absolutely LOVEZ bein outside.. Overall I think he is doing WONDERFUL but have no doubt he will be happy to see Mom and Dad tomorrow.. #LouirRay isn't sure what to think about him.. I am really hoping they will be GREAT FRIENDS..
