Sometimes I get #SoProud when I watch the #MonkKidz that would have NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED SOMETHING SUCH AS HUNTING A BUG when they moved in doing the exact thing they were designed to do but didn’t realize they could/should until they were coasted into doing it… Watch #AbbyLouise as she is focused on catching the grasshopper on the wall!!! She is climbing up and taking chances to get it that she would have NEVER CONSIDERED doing upon arrival!!!! She also looked at me like I had LOST MY MIND the first time I offered her live crickets… It was HYSTERICAL!!!! Now she will chase down any that get loose and eat the ones still in her bucket before asking for more!!!! The muscles have developed from her activity and she can actually CLIMB A ROPE HAND OVER HAND NOW!!!!! #IAm #SoProudOfHer no words could truly make you understand… She is AMAZING and #OneOfAKind #NoDoubt!!!!

Hey Y’all #AbbyLouise reporting here!!! I just CANT with #ThisWoman any more!!! Imma tellin ya she NEEDS mental help DESPERATLY!!!! What happened ??? Well I had a big day!!! I got my makeup on.. I counted my cash!!! Then I went to the all you can eat buffet and munched out DELUXE!!! This type of hectic takes a lot outta a girl who isn’t such a young monk anymore so I climbed up to my big fluffy bed that is laying on top of the cage in the living room and was watching some television while she was making us all a snack.. I wasn’t even hungry but I did take the bowl from her and shoved it to the side.. Keeping it for later is the plan.. She ran back and forth gathering stuff for the underprivileged #MonkKidz that was out in the barnyard vs a big fluffy bed like me.. Honestly she was getting on my nerves with all her questions!!! Like aren’t you hungry Ms. Abby??? Do you want me to bring you your bottle??? Are you sleepy baby girl??? and blah Blah BLAH… I was thinking SHUT UP ALREADY!!!! CANT YOU TELL IM TIRED???? Apparently she couldn’t because as soon as she walked out that front door with the other bowls to hand out I closed my little eyes and went to dream land!!! I don’t know exactly how long I was in #DreamLand but I know I was #HardCoreSerious OUT!!!! I was dreaming of little kittens running around chasing tails and jumping everywhere… IT WAS HEAVEN NO DOUBT!!! I was happy with my kitties in dream land when I heard my name… I didn’t respond BECAUSE I WAS IN DREAM LAND NOT TO BE DISTURBED but I guess SHE didn’t get that memo!!! I heard my name again and again but I didn’t move a muscle!!! I mean it too!!! I didn’t even flinch AND I AM A VERY LIGHT SLEEPER!!!! Don’t get me wrong I may have trouble holding both eyes open but I will open one just to check my surroundings… #MyHuman thinks I am so cute when I do that.. hehe.. I ALWAYS respond one way or the other to my name asleep or not BUT NOT TODAY!!!!! It’s hot I am tired and I don’t feel like leaving my dream kittens… Does she respect my wishes????? #NOPE!!! SHE SCREAMED LOUDER!!! THAN HER VOICE STARTED TO CRACK AS I HEARD HER SAYING “OH GOD NO GOD!!! PLEASE NO GOD!!! NOT THE ABBY” and she was getting way closer TOTALLY FREAKED OUT!!! I got concerned enough that I left my Dream World full of kitties and woke up to our SUPER HOT reality to see WTHECK was happening that she didn’t want to happen to me!!!! She actually was starting to cry but I never understood why… Then she starts saying “OH GOD!!! OHHH THANK YOU GOD!!!! OHHHH THANK YOU GOD SOOOO MUCH!!!!”.. I never did see what she was going on about!!! Absolutely no good cause for waking me up if you ask me!!! NONE!!! ZIP!!! ZERO!!!! It gets even worse!!! She had the nerve to turn around and ask me if I needed anything???? I thought DO YOU MEAN OTHER THAN TO BE LEFT ALONE SO I CAN SLEEP???? Because I sure could USE A NAP WOMAN!!!!! Told me she had NEVER seen me in such a #DEEPsleep!!! Yeah right and and and you just remember THIS when I “CHECK” on you the day I find you having your #BestSleepEver!!! Just remember it will happen out of “CONCERN” when it happens!! js

A SPOILED PET HUMAN I AM!!! Nobody can even begin to imagine how much monkey funk I scrub just to get THIS at the end of the day!!! Sure there is an endless pile of soft beds, stuffed animals, blankets and of course ALLLLLLLL THE TOWELS AND RAGS that I must tend to daily not to mention the endless pile of dishes that needs washed… That’s before looking at the massive amount of garbage that needs taken out and the pens that needs scrubbed and the outside ones need mowed… Yeah I am broke by the time I get back from the store and pay the utility bills… The aches and pain that come along with the massive amount of work reminds me each day that I should be thankful that I don’t have to pay for a gym membership to work myself into a knot like a lot of people do… ANOTHER BONUS IS THIS!!!!!! Sometimes all I can do is MELT under her tiny little fingers!!! THANKZ SO MUCH!!! The winter has been WET and I have been working super hard just trying to make a way in and out without sinking or literally being STUCK in the driveway spinning around axle deep in the endless sinking MUD!!!! UGH!!! On have been borrowing Dads tractor and trying to get rocks and blocks from the back of the farm to fill in some of the craters that are causing hard core serious issues with everything.. Of course often I use the 5 pound sludge hammer to bust them up if they are too large or made funny… Needless to say MY BODY HURTS and it’s been hurting seriously BAD for a couple weeks!!! No worries though!!! I have Miss Abby Louise to tend to me!!! Look at her getting busy!!! She is one of the greatest care givers ever sharing her own precious energy with my own!!! PRICELESS!!! She owns me.. Life is too short to fit in!!

#AbbyLouise the #BESTEST #HELPER EVER #IAm!!! I absolutely LOVE mix it up day!!! Us #MonkKidz eat up to 7 HOURS PER DAY!!!! That’s a whole lotta eatin going on!!! See #God designed us to hunt for what we eat and even though us #Privledge monkz don’t have to work so hard to find subsistence because it often comes to us on a plate it doesn’t change the fact that we are programmed to do so.. As a matter of FACT #MyHuman believes that the #HUNT is actually just as important as what we eat because that is what keeps us moving and HEALTHY!!! Monkeys in the wild can travel up to 2 miles per day hunting, climbing trees, and providing enrichment for the troop.. We don’t sit down and eat “MEALS” like humans do.. DONT GET ME WRONG I WILL GLADLY EAT SOME OF WHAT YOU HAVE but the truth is it isn’t our #1 choice unless you are having salad, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, onions, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, papaya, etc because quite honestly we prefer the #FRESH VEGGIES and FRUIT… I mean it’s okay to cook my carrots but I kinda like them cut up real small and uncooked.. What you will find us captive monkeys doing ALL DAY LONG is picking through the #SPECIAL #HomeMade #OneOfAKind #TrailMix that you see me helping to mix up right here.. Of course I start with ZuPreem #MonkeyChow.. It is the only monkey biscuits us monkz enjoy.. The other brands end up being swept up and tossed out to the pig and chickens and my human says that stuff is too expensive to be pig food!!! Then I add the goods!!! sunflower seeds, pistachios, peanuts, walnuts, mealworms, bananna chips, freeze dried fruits such as kiwi, papaya, coconut, strawberries, and mangoes, then i top it off with #MyFavorite #FreezeDriedGrasshoppers!!! By golly #ILoveThemSoMuch!!! Then I add the fruit and veggies!! DONT WORRY THEY ARE MADE INTO A SOLID AS WELL!! Actually they too are made by #Zupreem but “technically” made for birds but #WhoCares??? We like them AND THEY LAST LONGER THAN THE ACTUAL FRESH FRUIT AND VEGGIES.. #TheHuman keeps this stuff in our reach 24/7 or at least she tries to… Sometimes we might get carried away and more ends up on the ground than in our trays but hey it is what it is RIGHT??? Us monk children believe that as we dump it onto the ground that we are stimulating our #PetHuman by providing her enrichment and exercise to keep her healthy and able to provide for us.. It’s a cycle of help as far as us #TheTroop is concerned… You take care of me and I take care of you type of thing ya know??? #LifeIsTooShortToFitIn #TheGoodStuff

The Moments I Live For!!!! Remember a few years ago when Miss #AbbyLouise moved in to Misfitland Monkey Rescue and she refused to eat bugs?? I remember her turning her little nose up in the air as though I was off my rocker if I thought SHE would be touching anything that looked like that let alone eat it!!! She is SO FUNNY!!! Then within a few months I seen her chasing a cricket then I finally saw her eat one… Now she is often seen hunting for bugs and totally LOVEZ #StinkBugs!!! I believe I could probably make money renting all the #MonkKidz out for stink bug removal but that’s another story… Abby didn’t climb when she moved in.. Getting up on the couch was a big deal to her and from the way it sounded she had pretty much so been like that since she was rescued at age 9 out of a small dog crate surrounded in peg board that had no type of enrichment or even real view for mental stimulation… It’s #SoSad what some humans are capable of doing to other living beings… I guess we all kinda assumed it was due to the broken tail that has grown totally sideways on her that made her feel unbalanced and uncomfortable with heights and climbing… After Abby was here a year to a year and a half I noticed her starting to leap from the couch to the counter.. I would always tell her how proud I was of her for making such a leap and try to build her confidence in herself.. #Monkeys, like people, love to have their egos rubbed.. Little by little she was taking bigger and bigger leaps and then not to much longer I seen her desiring to be in the banana hammock I have hanging on the kitchen ceiling.. I tell her that she could go up there and that it was for her .. Then one day after a diaper change I held her up offering her a lift to the hammock that she quickly took to and climbed in.. She was so dang cute sitting up there like the Queen that she truly is just ruling her castle.. Then 2 or 3 times I offered/tried to get her down but each time she made it clear she wasn’t ready to come down so of course I just left her up there.. Then probably a hour later she came down on her own!! It was SHAKY DELUXE but she did it herself!!! Then the next few days/weeks she started trying to climb up on her own!!! A few times I had to come running to give her a small BOOST but she did it AND EACH TIME HER PRIDE AND CONFIDENCE WAS BOOSTED BIG TIME!!!! I always try to remind her that I am so PROUD of her for her efforts although a very big part of me thinks SHES GOT THIS NOW and probably don’t need the extra ego boost.. I just LOVE it when she talks back to me proud of herself and tooting her own horn!!! Watch how SMOOTHLY SHE SHOOTS UP THAT ROPE NOW!!!! Her muscles are gaining even more at the age of 23!! #FYI #AbbySays Your never to old to change your body and get that best view you have wanted all of your life!!! #TheGoodStuff #LifeIsTooShortToFitIn

#TheHuman keeps saying she NEEDS a secretary or even better a personal assistant.. I don’t understand WHY she won’t hire me??? I mean I have amazing computer skills!! Heck I type so fast it can lock the computer up because it can’t keep up with my speedy little fingers!! &&& when it comes to social skills it’s well known that the public would MUCH RATHER deal with me than just about anyone else in the entire world!! I have great communication skills both over the phone and in person!!! What more could an employer look for in an assistant??? I am also willing to work for strawberries and milk bottles.. If I ever figure out how to drive my possibilities will multiply so she better snatch me up while I am still seeking employment in the area.. js
